In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding and assisting clients in their pursuit of international education. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for explaining the diverse opportunities available, showcasing our company's strengths, and detailing our extensive network of tie-ups with renowned universities. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities. Counsel students on available study destinations, course options, admission processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversion. Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with walk-in students. Maintain updated records of student interactions in the CRM system. Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, webinars, and education fairs. Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and documentation support. Achieve monthly student conversion and call targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or telecalling (experience in overseas education preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling student queries. Ability to work under pressure and meet conversion targets. Good knowledge of study abroad processes, especially for countries like UK, USA, Canada, Germany, etc. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote study abroad destinations and services. Organize seminars, workshops, and college/school outreach programs. Generate quality leads through B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns. Oversee social media platforms, content planning, and brand presence. Collaborate with counsellors and telecallers for lead nurturing and conversion. Coordinate with university partners for co-branded promotions and campaigns. Handle marketing budgets, campaign analysis, and ROI tracking. Prepare promotional materials, brochures, banners, and presentation content. Build and maintain vendor and institutional relationships for collaborations. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in education or service-based industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics. Experience in student engagement and education marketing is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Should be willing to travel for events and seminars when required.
