About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through various channels
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized IT/web solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitches
  • Manage client communication and relationship throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain a pipeline and regularly update CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • 12 to 20 years of experience

    in

    IT services or web development sales

  • Must be fluent in

    English

    with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work

    independently

    and handle end-to-end sales processes
  • Self-motivated

    , disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Prior experience in similar role is

    mandatory
