Center Manager


Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of counselors and tele callers to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to boost lead conversion rates and achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish performance metrics, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training to enhance your team's sales skills.
  • Oversee customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions that increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and key metrics to provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Ensure the center's sales operations adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with franchisees and instructors to develop strategies that drive learner outcomes and referrals.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
  • At least 5-6 years of proven experience in sales management, with a preference for the education or a related industry.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
