Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by focusing on new client acquisition and managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients. Client Acquisition and Business Development:

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients in various sectors like BFSI, Pharma, BPO, IT, Banking, and Aviation.

* Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients who need talent for both blue- collar and white-collar positions.

* Develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers at the CXO, HR Head, CIO, and CTO levels.

* Independently onboard new clients and manage the vendor empanelment process.

* Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively closing sales deals. Client Requirement Operations:

* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of talent.

* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers by providing trustworthy after-sales support and feedback.

* Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.

Specifications

Experience:

* A minimum of 2 year of strong, demonstrable experience in the recruitment or business development sector is mandatory.

* Proven experience in independently handling recruitment agency operations and vendor empanelment.

* Prior experience and an existing professional network with industry leaders at the head level are highly preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

* Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong time management and planning skills.

* Possess sound market knowledge and the ability to work independently.

* Proactive and comfortable with in-person meetings.

Training & Compensation:

* A 45-day on-the-job software training will be provided.

* Candidates will receive a compensation of 20,000 upon successful completion of the certification process

Education:

* MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field.
