The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare provider networks and vendor management, with expertise in contracting, negotiations, and cost management within the healthcare industry. This position plays a critical role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive healthcare network, including hospitals, diagnostics, wellness centers, and pharmacy services. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and manage healthcare provider networks (OPD, Hospitals, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Wellness memberships, etc.) Contract and onboard independent vendor partners and aggregators. Lead negotiations and cost management of vendor services to ensure delivery within budget. Collaborate with internal operations teams to establish and maintain SOPs for vendor services. Manage vendor integration projects and ensure smooth execution. Handle escalation and grievance management related to service providers. Oversee new vendor registration, onboarding, engagement, and payout management. Draft and manage contracts, MOUs, and LOIs with vendors. Procure and negotiate quotes from vendors. Coordinate with the Sales Team for corporate inquiries, insurance policies, new campaigns, and onsite camps. Ensure accurate vendor business reconciliation. Key Skills: Hands-on experience with diagnostics and wellness service provider markets. Strong liaison and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving aptitude. Educational Qualifications: Graduate (mandatory) Post-graduate degree or MBA in Hospital/Healthcare management is a plus.
