Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and manage healthcare provider networks (OPD, Hospitals, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Wellness memberships, etc.) Contract and onboard independent vendor partners and aggregators. Lead negotiations and cost management of vendor services to ensure delivery within budget. Collaborate with internal operations teams to establish and maintain SOPs for vendor services. Manage vendor integration projects and ensure smooth execution. Handle escalation and grievance management related to service providers. Oversee new vendor registration, onboarding, engagement, and payout management. Draft and manage contracts, MOUs, and LOIs with vendors. Procure and negotiate quotes from vendors. Coordinate with the Sales Team for corporate inquiries, insurance policies, new campaigns, and onsite camps. Ensure accurate vendor business reconciliation.
