Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and managing relationships with clients, creating and implementing strategies for business growth, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
