Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing targeted marketing campaigns, providing training to clients and team members, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

• Should have two wheeler to travel
