Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding the company's client base, planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, and providing exceptional client service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively
• Acquire new Clients B2B or B2C across all Communication channels – SMS, WhatsApp, RCS , Email Marketing. 
• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning
• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and online advertising
• Customer service and negotiation skills to ensure positive client engagement
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the digital marketing industry is advantageous but not mandatory
