Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with MNC clients, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, and conducting regular market research to identify trends and competitive strategies. The role also involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and services.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
  • Market Research, Analytical Skills, and the ability to identify industry trends
  • Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Engagement skills
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
  • A goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets
  • Proficiency in preparing business proposals and delivering presentations
  • Relevant experience of 5+ years in business development roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA is a plus)
