Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and creating strategies for revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring alignment with NoBrokerHood's offerings.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales expertise, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities to identify growth opportunities
• Experience in SaaS platforms, prop-tech, or community management systems is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
