Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating and implementing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves analyzing market trends and providing insights for business development planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the prop-tech industry is a plus
