Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads. Daily tasks include market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals. Additionally, the manager will be expected to meet sales targets and report on business development activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Skills in identifying business opportunities, market research, and developing proposals
• Experience in client relationship management and negotiation
• Proficiency in sales and pipeline management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
