Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share, managing and guiding the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to align on company goals. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, competitors’ activities, gathering market insights, and presenting detailed sales reports and plans to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, gather insights, and implement action plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
