Your Tasks:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Information and Cyber Security Trainings will drive sales, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for TÜV SÜD’s cyber security and IT governance training portfolio. The role focuses on promoting training solutions such as ISMS, ITSM, CISA, CISM, CEH, Data Privacy, Cloud Security, and specialized corporate programs through consultative engagement and strong client relationship management.
Identify, target, and acquire new clients across corporate, government, BFSI, IT/ITES, and manufacturing sectors for cyber security and IT training solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for open house and in-house programs.
Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline using lead-generation, networking, and digital outreach strategies.
Promote TÜV SÜD’s newly established Cyber Security Lab offerings and propose opportunities to monetize the lab through training, workshops, assessments, and corporate engagements.
Conduct consultative meetings with CXOs, CISOs, HR/L&D heads, and training managers to understand skill gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term strategic partnerships.
Create customized training proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Organize webinars, seminars, workshops, and roadshows to enhance visibility in the cyber security training domain.
Coordinate with training operations teams for scheduling, faculty alignment, and seamless program execution.
Ensure timely documentation, order processing, CRM updates, and reporting.
Track customer feedback and support continuous improvement of the training portfolio.
