Process Safety Management Expert Location: Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Developing framework for performing QRA Participation / Facilitation in/of different PHA studies involving HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Assessment IEC-61511 Safety Critical Equipment (SCEs) Management using LOPA and Bow-Tie Analysis Process Design Assurance / Verification Perform SIL verification using exSILentia. Write plans for management of functional safety throughout the safety lifecycle Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge Ability to use DNV – PHAST / SAFETI Ability to use Exida – ExSILentia Generation of SRS Report for identified SIFs.
