PSM Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Play active role in interpretation of PSM standards for ease of implementation by the client
• Work with clients site team in PSM element implementation
• Technical support to the client and giving direction for rolling out the plan of action based on road map.
• Provides assurance and insights of project progress to the site head and Top Management of the client
• Work with the client for rolling out PSM standards and on-field data collection
• Participate actively in PSM team meetings to guide and monitor the quality of meeting
• Work with shop floor employees in implementation of PSM standards at field level
• Conduct field visit and audit to verify the effectiveness of implementation of PSM elements
• Discussion with the client’s PSM team to understand the challenges and support them with his expertise
• Conduct awareness program on PSM
• Monitoring of KPIs and developing MIS

SMS Specialist :
