Role & responsibilities Oversee the assembly and installation of the helideck structure as per the approved design and fabrication drawings. Ensure that the installation work adheres to Helitecnicas quality standards, safety protocols, and client requirements. Review and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide corrective instructions if needed. Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, welders, riggers, and subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted progress. Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore or modular fabrication yard supervision. Proven experience in helideck or aluminum structural assembly is preferred. Strong knowledge of offshore installation methods and fabrication yard operations. Familiar with international safety standards (such as OSHA, ISO, etc.). Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is an added advantage.
