Guide and facilitate plant personnel in implementing effective Process Safety protocols across all operations. Monitor and drive compliance to Process Safety Management (PSM) standards. Identify and mitigate process-related risks, ensuring they are within acceptable and safe limits. Coordinate and support PSM audits, hazard assessments (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA), and risk reviews. Lead or support incident investigations related to process safety incidents and near misses. Conduct and coordinate training programs on process safety for all relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSEF) to drive safety culture. Keep updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in process safety. Ensure regular reporting and documentation of safety activities, training sessions, and risk mitigation measures.
