Role Descriptio

We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Malappuram in a hybrid capacity, combining in-office and remote work. This role involves developing and implementing regional sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing leadership to the regional sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with teams and addressing client needs effectively. Additionally, the role includes reporting on regional performance, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team

Qualification

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts effectivel
  • yLeadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and support a regional sales tea
  • mExcellent market analysis and forecasting capabilities, with a strategic approach to identifying business opportunities and driving revenue growt
  • hEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client and team relationship
  • sProven ability to manage budgets, develop sales plans, and report regional performance metric
  • sProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plu
  • sFlexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a combination of in-office and remote wor
