Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager / Lead Location: Pune (Onsite) Experience: 6–8 Years Industry: Automotive Software Target Markets: USA & Europe Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving our growth by owning the complete business development funnel—from strategic lead generation to deal closure—with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) . You’ll work alongside a dynamic team including content creators, social media strategists, and leadership to open doors and close high-value opportunities Experience: 6–8 years of experience in B2B tech sales , ideally in the automotive or EV sector. Must be based in Pune and available to work from the office. Strong familiarity with automotive software or software-driven vehicle technologies is highly desirable. Proven success with international markets , especially USA and Europe. Outstanding persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in a team environment. Comfortable using digital tools for CRM, outreach, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities: Drive ABM strategies targeting enterprise clients in the USA and Europe for automobile OEMs and Tier-1s . Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals. Leverage support from marketing and leadership to optimize outreach efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand and clearly communicate Electray Tech’s offerings in the automotive software space. Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets with a proactive, growth-driven mindset. Maintain CRM hygiene and generate reports to track funnel metrics and performance.
