Business Development Manager


About the Role:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and achieved results.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must have exp in Data & AI / ERP / CRM / HRMS/ Enterprise Web & Mobile App areas
