Job SummaryAs a Junior Business Manager at Tat:vm, you will support strategic planning, sales enablement, client engagement, and market research efforts. This role is ideal for a dynamic and analytical professional looking to build a career in real estate business development and operations. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client SupportAssist in lead generation, client relationship management, and site visits.Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales funnel stages.Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation for clients.Market & Competitor AnalysisTrack real estate market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and buyer behavior.Prepare regular reports and insights to support decision-making.Business OperationsCoordinate with marketing, legal, and project teams for smooth execution of sales.Assist in organizing promotional events, site launches, and open house events.Reporting & AnalysisMonitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.Support budgeting and forecasting processes under senior leadership.Customer Relationship ManagementFollow up with prospective leads and ensure a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience.Address client queries and escalate issues where necessary. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business operations (Real Estate industry preferred). Strong communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
