Location: Worli, Lower Parel Department: Business Development Company: PINAKI GROUP Experience: 2–5 years Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA Department: Business Operations / Strategy / Sales Key Responsibilities: · Identifying and Generating Leads: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new markets, potential business opportunities, and innovative solutions aligned with Pinaki Group’s growth objectives. · Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong client relationships with both existing and prospective customers to foster long-term partnerships and business growth. · Developing Business Plans: Formulate detailed business plans outlining strategies for entering new markets, addressing client needs, and launching new products or services. · Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of goals and smooth execution of projects. · Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations to secure new clients and finalize strategic partnerships that deliver mutual value. · Managing Client Relationships: Provide continuous support and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure retention and drive expansion opportunities. · Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed on current trends, developments, and innovations within the hospitality industry to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and relevant. · Promoting the Company Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador by representing Pinaki Group positively and promoting its values and services at all times. Skills and Qualifications: · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. · Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and close deals efficiently. · Hands-on experience in sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies. · Analytical mindset with the ability to study market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. · Strong problem-solving skills to identify and overcome challenges proactively. · Business acumen to understand market dynamics and contribute to the company’s growth. · Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its current trends. · Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for managing and tracking client interactions effectively.
