Job Description The Indoor Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining product details, managing leads, closing sales, and providing after-sales support. This is an office-based role with no fieldwork. Explain features, benefits, and customization options to customers. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed orders. Maintain customer database and sales reports. Coordinate with production and dispatch team for order processing. Provide professional after-sales support and resolve queries. Understand customer needs and offer the best interior design product recommendations. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image. Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred). Good knowledge of interior products is an advantage. Ability to explain products clearly and confidently. Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email). Positive attitude, quick learner, and customer-friendly approach. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
