About the Position

We’re seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to support our expanding organization. In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in the corporate travel domain. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting targets, communicates confidently, and can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead Generation & Pipeline Handling:
Discover potential clients, qualify leads, and maintain a structured and healthy sales pipeline.

Client Engagement & Conversion:
Reach out to prospects, conduct regular follow-ups, and successfully convert leads into recurring business.

Cold Outreach & Sales Pitching:
Connect with companies via calls, emails, and meetings to present tailored travel management solutions.

Sales Delivery:
Plan and carry out sales strategies to meet or surpass revenue and client acquisition objectives.

Relationship Management:
Build and sustain strong client relationships while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategic Input:
Track industry trends, study competitors, and refine sales approaches based on changing market dynamics.

Client Meetings & Travel:
Attend physical meetings and travel for business requirements when needed.

Networking & Brand Representation:
Participate in industry events and networking platforms to enhance brand presence and business reach.

Required Experience & Qualifications -

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or corporate/travel sales.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related fields (BBA/MBA preferred).

Key Skills & Competencies -

  • Strong communication abilities, including professional email and business etiquette.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiations, conversions, and client management.
  • Good analytical and research skills to identify new business avenues.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and comfortable working with deadlines.
