Job Title: Accountant – Real Estate DivisionIndustry: Accounting / Real Estate Company: Pinaki Group Location: Worli, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 to 4 years Salary Range: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA Job Description:Pinaki Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate accounting, hands-on experience with statutory compliance, and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires a responsible individual who can manage day-to-day financial activities with precision and integrity. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Maintain accurate records of client payments, advances, and outstanding balances. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments related to property sales and rentals. Handle filing and compliance for GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Track project-wise expenses and assist in the preparation of cost reports. Support the creation of financial statements and audit documentation. Reconcile vendor and broker accounts; manage and process commission payouts. Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate regulations. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. (M.Com or CA Inter preferred) Experience: 2–4 years in an accounting role, preferably in the real estate industry. Software Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime; familiarity with accounting and property management tools. Tax Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate-related statutory compliance. Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Communication: Effective verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
