We partner with businesses to drive growth through impactful digital experiences.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in approaching clients through LinkedIn, attending industry events, delivering pitch presentations, and building long-term business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & OutreachIdentify, connect, and engage potential clients on LinkedIn, leveraging advanced search, content engagement, and messaging strategies.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct outreach to decision-makers across industries and schedule meetings for business discussions.Pitching & PresentationsDevelop and deliver compelling pitch presentations tailored to client needs.Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Social, Performance, Creative, Tech) to create impactful proposals and marketing decks.Lead client meetings—both virtual and onsite—to present agency capabilities and solutions.Networking & EventsAttend industry events, conferences, and business forums to generate leads and build partnerships.Represent The BrandOBox professionally in all external interactions.Sales Strategy & ClosuresUnderstand client requirements and propose relevant digital marketing services.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Maintain accurate reporting of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools.Travel & Onsite CoordinationTravel across India when required for meetings, events, and presentations.Work closely with team members based in other cities for smooth coordination.Required Skills & Qualifications3–7 years of experience in Business Development within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing services: SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Website Development, etc.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and client relationship management.Ability to build trust with CXOs, founders, and marketing heads.Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable meeting clients onsite and traveling as needed.Preferred QualitiesExisting network within business communities.Strong personal branding or active presence on LinkedIn.Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet aggressive targets.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and incentives based on performance.Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and grow rapidly.Exposure to top brands, events, and industry networks.Creative, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
