Job Title: Business Development Manager – Channel Empanelment Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh Company: Creditline Distribution Services Industry: Financial Services / Loan Consulting Experience: 3+ years in Sales/Business Development (preferably in financial services) Type: Full-Time About Us: Creditline Distribution Services is a leading credit consulting company established in 2016, specializing in unsecured business loan consulting. Based in Bareilly, we are committed to building a trusted and ethical ecosystem for entrepreneurs and small businesses to access funding easily. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to expand our loan distribution network by identifying, empanelling, and nurturing new channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of loan distribution partners and generating consistent business through them. Key Responsibilities: Identify Prospective Channels: Actively scout and evaluate potential DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), loan agents, financial advisors, and other relevant partners for business loan distribution. Pitch & Propose: Present Creditline’s value proposition, products, and partnership model to prospects clearly and effectively. Empanelment: Complete the documentation and onboarding process to empanel partners under Creditline Distribution Services. Training & Support: Provide product training, compliance guidelines, and regular support to newly empanelled partners. Business Generation: Drive consistent business through partners by ensuring engagement, motivation, and performance tracking. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, productive relationships with all empanelled channels. Reporting: Maintain data of partner performance, sales funnel, and submit regular reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner onboarding in the BFSI sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sound understanding of unsecured business loans and DSA network management. Proven ability to meet targets and grow channel partner ecosystems.
