Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gandhidham. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and generating sales leads. Daily tasks include market research, strategic planning, client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical skills for conducting market research and strategic planning
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage cross-functional projects
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Fluency in English and local languages
