Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and prepare business proposals. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and exploring innovative strategies to expand market presence. Qualifications Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning skills Market Research, Data Analysis, and Sales Forecasting skills Negotiation, Contract Management, and Presentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage
