Business Development Manager

*Business Development Manager* with 5+ years of experience required for a *capital market organisation* based in *Navrangpura, Ahmedabad *

JD:

- *Drive end-to-end business development for RTA services* (listed companies, IPOs, ESOPs, registrar services)

- *Engage with Merchant Bankers, Lead Managers* , and other capital market intermediaries to promote RTA services

- *Expand the company’s presence in IPO-related assignments* , focusing on both Main Board and SME/Emerge platforms

- *Identify and convert new business opportunities*

- Build relationships with CXOs, Company Secretaries, and Compliance Officers

- *Conduct client meetings, pitch services* , & offer customized solutions

- Represent RTA Services at industry events, conferences, and roadshows

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, tech) to prepare proposals and ensure delivery

- *Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts,* and conversions

- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes

- *Act as a brand ambassador of RTA Services in all external interactions*

Salary up to *Rs 7 lakh per annum* (can be increased slightly)
