About CodeBoard Technology & FlokiLabs : CodeBoard and FlokiLabs Technology are dynamic and innovative IT services companies delivering next-generation digital solutions to global enterprises. We are expanding aggressively into the US market and are looking for a results-driven sales professional to spearhead our growth. Role Overview: We are seeking a hunter-type sales professional with a proven track record of closing IT services deals in the US market . This role demands someone with strong cold calling skills, a deep understanding of client pain points, and the ability to position CodeBoard’s capabilities strategically to win business. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development (Hunter Role): Aggressively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the US region . Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns , and network referrals . Sales Execution: Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal submission, to closure. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Engagement: Present CodeBoard’s value proposition, strengths, and differentiators effectively to CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their IT requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer needs in the US IT landscape. Provide feedback to internal teams to help fine-tune offerings and proposals. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to craft effective pitches and ensure smooth handover of closed deals. Requirements: 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services , with a primary focus on the US market . Strong existing network of CXOs, IT Heads, or Procurement teams in the US. Demonstrated success in cold calling , prospecting, and building a sales pipeline from scratch. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate CodeBoard’s strengths and weaknesses and tailor messaging to address client pain points. Self-driven, ambitious, and highly goal-oriented. Comfortable working across time zones to connect with US prospects and clients. Nice to Have: Experience in selling software development, cloud services, DevOps, or managed IT services. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Show more Show less
