Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) – Immediate Joiner Location: Chennai – Work from Office (WFO) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time (Mid shift) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development and be capable of leading a team. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and timely deliveries. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Technical Skills: Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs Frontend: Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Tools & Frameworks: Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA Others: Agile/Scrum methodologies, Unit testing (JUnit/TestNG), CI/CD pipelines Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack development. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proven experience in leading project modules and mentoring team members. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
