Business Development Manager – Agentic AI Products (GuardianEye, Loadsight, Carbonsight)
Type: Full-timeRole SummaryCloudSeals is building a portfolio of multi-Agentic AI products – including GuardianEye (safety & compliance), Loadsight (yard & terminal intelligence) and Carbonsight (carbon & ESG automation).We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who has experience working with global software product companies (ideally AI / Agentic AI / SaaS) and can take our products into enterprise, govt/defence, logistics, energy and ESG-focused clients.This is a hands-on role: pipeline creation, deal shaping, and working closely with the founders and product teams to convert early conversations into pilots and scalable revenue.Key Responsibilities1. New Business & PipelineIdentify and qualify new logo opportunities for GuardianEye, Loadsight and Carbonsight in target regions (India, UK, EU, Middle East).Build and manage a strong outbound + inbound pipeline via LinkedIn, events, partner channels and direct outreach.Own the full sales cycle from first contact → discovery → solution shaping → proposal → negotiation → closure.2. Solution & Consultative SellingRun discovery conversations with C-level, business, operations, security and ESG stakeholders.Translate complex Agentic AI capabilities into clear business outcomes (safety, uptime, carbon, compliance, cost).Co-create 90-day pilot proposals and commercial constructs with the founders (POCs/MVPs, SaaS vs on-prem licensing, services mix).3. Collaboration with Product & DeliveryWork closely with product owners for GuardianEye / Loadsight / Carbonsight to shape GTM messaging and demo narratives.Coordinate with solution architects and delivery leaders to ensure feasible commitments and clean handover from sales to execution.Feed back market signals and feature asks into the product roadmap.4. Partnerships & EcosystemIdentify and develop channel / strategic partners (cloud providers, integrators, specialist resellers) for specific verticals.Support joint pitches with partners, including co-branded proposals and events.5. Proposals, RFPs & DocumentationLead or support RFP/RFI responses for enterprise and government accounts.Prepare presentations, one-pagers and commercial proposals aligned with CloudSeals brand and templates.Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive / equivalent).Required Skills & ExperienceMust-have 8-10+ years of experience in business development / sales for global software products or SaaS, ideally in AI / ML / LLM / Agentic AI, or cloud, observability, security or DevOps platforms.Proven track record of closing B2B deals (mid-market or enterprise) with ACVs that involve both product + services.Strong understanding of cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) concepts, and ability to speak comfortably about SaaS vs on-prem deployments and basic security/compliance concerns (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).Excellent consultative selling and storytelling skills – can connect AI capabilities to business KPIs (incident reduction, MTTR, CO₂e reduction, compliance, cost).Experience working with global teams and clients (UK/EU/US or APAC), comfortable with remote collaboration and overlapping time zones.Strong written skills for emails, proposals, RFP answers and LinkedIn outreach.Good to have:Exposure to or interest in Agentic AI / multi-agent systems, LLM-based products, or safety/compliance tooling.Experience in verticals like logistics & supply chain, manufacturing, energy & renewables, smart city / public safety, banking/fintech or ESG.Experience selling into CXO / VP-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, COO, Head of Safety, Head of ESG).Prior work with partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, integrators, VARs).Personal Attributes:Founder mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and willing to do both strategy and ground-level execution.Curious and coachable – eager to learn Agentic AI concepts and new product features quickly.Relationship builder – builds trust, follows through on commitments, and keeps clients informed.Outcome-focused – thinks in terms of measurable impact: revenue, pilots, expansions.
