We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and management of our ServiceNow platform. Job Summary. More than 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including Service Catalog Incident Problem Change and Asset Management. Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on Integrated Risk Management IRM. Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Develop and implement workflows business rules client scripts and UI policies. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IRM solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users. Perform testing debugging and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications. Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices particularly in the IRM domain. Experience with IRM applications such as Risk Management Policy and Compliance. Management Audit Management and Vendor Risk Management. Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and other ServiceNow scripting languages. Experience with RESTSOAP web services and integrations. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD or other relevant certifications are a plus.
