SUMMARY This is a remote position. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition) to drive sales and expand our client base in the US Staffing industry . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment market , proven experience in client acquisition , and the ability to build long-term business relationships with direct clients and MSPs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients in the US staffing industry , focusing on IT and non-IT contract staffing. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision - makers at client organizations. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions . Negotiate contract terms, MSA agreements, and pricing models with clients. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition metrics . Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings . Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines, client interactions, and reporting metrics . Requirements 3+ years of experience in US staffing business development, client acquisition, or sales. Proven track record of acquiring direct clients, MSP/VMS accounts, and large enterprises . Strong understanding of US recruitment models , compliance, and employment laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or other ATS systems . Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST) . Preferred Qualifications: Existing client relationships in the US staffing market. Experience selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions. Knowledge of IT staffing, engineering, healthcare, or financial services domains .
