JOB Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai, with a proven track record and strong industry connections in welding electrodes.


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, establishing dealer and distributor networks, and driving sustainable revenue growth.


Qualifications


Strong capabilities in business development, sales strategy, lead generation, and market research


Proven experience and strong industry connections in electrode marketing


Ability to drive sales through B2B and B2C channels


Experience in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks


Knowledge of sales processes, project planning, and new market entry strategies


Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


Proficiency in data analysis and preparing impactful business proposals


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline


Ability to thrive in a full-time, on-site role and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
