Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies for various new roles that are being created ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee engagement, maintaining a strong company culture, clarity in persons regarda their roles and responsibilities, reveiw mechasim system. The role also involves managing payroll, benefits, training programs, and resolving employee relations issues in alignment with organizational goals.
