Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue for the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. - Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and strategic proposals. - Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold outreach, events, and referrals. - Qualify leads and manage a robust pipeline of prospects. - Develop tailored pitches and proposals to secure new business. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. - Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions. - Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures. - Achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets. - Work with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional strategies. - Partner with product, operations, and finance teams to align offerings with customer needs. - Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client insights. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Performance Metrics: - Revenue growth and profitability. - Number of new clients acquired. - Pipeline development and conversion rates. - Client retention and satisfaction. - Contribution to strategic initiatives. Note: This job is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
