Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Healthcare IT and an established network within the medical community. The ideal candidate will leverage their relationships with doctors, RMPs, clinics, hospitals, and medical representatives to drive revenue, expand market presence, and position Krimatix as a leading healthcare technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities in the Healthcare IT domain.
  • Build, strengthen, and retain high-value relationships with doctors, RMPs, clinics, hospitals, and medical representatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present, demonstrate, and communicate healthcare IT solutions to medical professionals effectively.
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate, finalize, and manage contracts to ensure profitability and long-term client partnerships.
  • Represent Krimatix at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with product capabilities and organizational goals.
  • Assign sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs
  • Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team follows CRM processes, reporting standards, and structured sales workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in Healthcare IT, Pharma Sales, or Medical Device Sales.
  • Strong networking capability with doctors, RMPs, hospitals, clinics, and medical representatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to achieve individual monthly and quarterly performance targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, field visits, and business development activities
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and manage large initiatives end-to-end.
  • Team management and leadership experience is mandatory.
