Key Responsibilities As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems. Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript . Build and manage RESTful APIs for web and mobile platforms. Work with MySQL databases — from schema design to query optimization. Integrate backend APIs with React.js , React Native , and Python applications. Implement error handling , logging , and unit testing with Jest/Mocha . Use Docker , Git , and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and version control. Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to ensure seamless feature delivery. Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security. What We’re Looking For 1.6–3 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer . Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js . Practical experience with Express.js or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of MySQL databases and relational data modeling. Knowledge of RESTful APIs , JSON , and API security best practices. Familiar with Docker , Git , and CI/CD pipelines . Experience in unit testing using Jest or Mocha . Exposure to frontend integration with React.js , React Native , and Python . A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
