Position: Business Development Manager

Location: [Trichy]

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new products/services.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and close strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Revenue & Sales Performance
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyze sales metrics, track revenue targets, and present reports to management.
  • Forecast sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide market intelligence and suggest improvements in products/services.
  • Identify business risks and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing teams to generate quality leads and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams for seamless client delivery.
  • Support management in decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Networking & Brand Representation
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and business events.
  • Build a strong professional network to create new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
