Working with founder Identify and develop new B2B clients including distributors, hotels, cafés, caterers, QSRs, and cloud kitchens. Drive retail channel expansion – modern trade (DMart, Reliance Smart, etc.), supermarkets, and quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.). Handle private label and contract manufacturing opportunities – from client onboarding to execution. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential product opportunities. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure client requirements and quality standards are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships and repeat business. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to management. Represent the brand at food expos, trade fairs, and business meetings . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Technology (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in food & beverage / FMCG / frozen foods industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
