We are committed to creating a professional and student-friendly learning environment. To support our daily operations, we are seeking a reliable and disciplined Office Boy to join our team. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, classrooms, and reception area. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, students, and visitors. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery. Handle incoming and outgoing courier or packages. Support the front office team in maintaining hygiene and student comfort. Ensure classrooms are properly set up before sessions and maintained after classes. Purchase and manage office supplies as instructed. Run small errands within or outside the office premises as required. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: SSLC or Plus Two (Higher Secondary). Prior experience as an Office Assistant/Office Boy in an educational or corporate setup preferred. Good communication and behavior skills Trustworthy, punctual, and well-groomed. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly. Work Schedule Flexible timing: Starting from 7:00 AM (8-hour workday as per operations). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new students and institutional clients. Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants, corporates, and student communities. Conduct promotional activities, seminars, and workshops to increase brand visibility. Identify new markets and business opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team for online/offline campaigns and lead generation. Meet monthly admission and revenue targets. Handle inquiries, counseling sessions, and conversion of leads into admissions. Maintain records, reports, and data of leads and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in education sales, training institutes, or service-based marketing preferred.
