About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager for Lucknow Branch Office to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and drive overall business growth for the agency. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients. And, will be managing and expanding our engagement with government departments, PSUs, and public-sector clients, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and delivery of projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting prospects into active clients.

Government Department Handling

  • Liaise with Uttar Pradesh government departments for advertising, media campaigns, tenders, and empanelment opportunities.
  • Stay updated on government procurement processes, guidelines, and policy changes relevant to advertising and communication.
  • Coordinate documentation for tenders, RFPs, EOIs, empanelment, billing, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-through on approvals and deliverables.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to offer suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and project coordination.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with creative, media planning, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of client projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and services as per clie.nt expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance reports

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of advertising, media planning, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, sales reports, and client documentation.
  • Strong time-management, networking, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
