Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering advertising and marketing solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and marketing heads.
• Pitch creative advertising solutions (ATL, BTL, Digital, Media Buying) to potential clients.
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client briefs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to align offerings with client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new prospects.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
