Business Development & Growth Manager – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors and industries.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to agency offerings in Print, OOH, TV, Radio & Digital.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
• Act as the bridge between the client and internal creative, media, and servicing teams.
• Ensure repeat business and account expansion through effective client engagement.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

• Track industry trends and competitor activities across traditional and digital channels.
• Provide strategic input on campaign planning, positioning, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with creative and media planning teams to align client expectations with agency deliverables.

Marketing & Agency Promotion

• Represent the agency at networking events, client meetings, industry forums, and digital platforms.
• Work with internal marketing teams to boost agency visibility and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of business development/sales/marketing experience in an

  advertising/creative/media agency

  .
• In-depth knowledge all verticals of Advertising- Print | OOH | TV | Radio | OTT | Digital etc..
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong existing network of clients and contacts in the advertising/media space is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
