As a B2B Business Development Executive, your role involves generating revenue for shipping industries by sourcing inquiries and converting them into contracts. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Data Sourcing and Management - Identify potential leads ("door openers") through multiple data sources. - Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prospects. - Sales Meetings (Offline & Online) - Set up meetings with decision-makers to understand their requirements or aspirations. - Sales Proposals - Prepare compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs, post-approval from senior management. - Sales Conversion - Follow up diligently and close deals based on a win-win approach. - Maintain profitability in line with top management's guidelines. - Client Coordination - Maintain healthy client relationships. - Serve as the communication bridge between the customer and operations from contract initiation to transaction completion. - Gather feedback and handle complaints.
