As an HR professional, you will be responsible for a variety of key areas including recruitment, people management, KRA & KPI management, employee engagement, policies & compliance. In terms of recruitment, your duties will involve creating job descriptions and competencies for all roles, sourcing candidates through various channels, designing technical round tasks, conducting interviews, managing resource mapping, backup recruitment strategies, onboarding new hires, and maintaining HR records. People management will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will evaluate and manage employee performance through setting goals, metrics, and conducting appraisals. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing training programs, including onboarding processes and workshops to enhance employee skills. KRA & KPI Management will also fall under your purview, where you will maintain KRA/KPI sheets for all team members, provide regular feedback to team members and managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Employee engagement is another critical area where you will be expected to manage Green/Red Flags, create organizational calendars, and organize various engagement activities such as fun days, birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and trips to foster a positive work culture. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. This will include communicating updated policies, managing PF compliance, and other employee-related policies to maintain a legally compliant work environment. To excel in this role, you should possess a range of competencies including fluency in English, strong time management skills, recruitment expertise, keen observation capabilities, telephone and meeting etiquette, active listening skills, research abilities, and effective problem-solving skills. Furthermore, having strong interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills will be essential. Your knowledge should encompass familiarity with job platforms, basics of psychology, and compensation/benefits management to effectively carry out your duties.
