Business Development Manager

The position of Business Development Manager (BDM) is open in Vadodara, requiring 3-7 years of experience in manpower outsourcing, facility management, or pharmaceutical staffing. As a highly driven individual, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, securing contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships within the given industries. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and securing contracts for semi-skilled, unskilled, and skilled workforce requirements. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers to drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring market trends and competition. Client satisfaction and retention will be key aspects of your role, requiring regular interactions, addressing client concerns, and maintaining strong follow-ups to convert potential leads into long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and compliance with labor laws and industry standards. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the specified industries, a strong understanding of workforce management, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Networking skills, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude will be advantageous.
